My Vacation

Hei, whats up!. I writing my jurnal again and this jurnal about my vacation with my friends and then about seoul city in seouth korea . so let’s see guys…

Me  with my friend in senior high school, we traveled together to the kelagian island. Tours held on 19 April 2014, after the exam was done. First we gathered at the YP Unila senior high school from 08.00am until 09.00 am, After that we prepare our equipment and then 09.30am we went to the clara beach.  Trip to the clara beach about 1 hour with use car or motorcycle. After 1 hour, We arrived on the clara beach and then continue our trip from clara beach to kelagian island using boat engine about 30 minutes. In this trip we very enjoyed beautiful scenery, blue sea water, and fresh air.

Finally we arrived on the kelagian island, the first thing we did was take picture together. After that we did barbeque with chicken, fish, and squid that has been flavored. We together did that, help each other in prepare our lunch. After that we finished and finally we ate together. After that, we swimming or snorcling in kelagian island and that is very wonderful island. Day was already dark and after enjoyed the vacation, we are come back home.

If I have opportunity go to city  in the world, I choose seoul city in south korea. Why I choose seoul city? Because I’m very curious about food, culture, nature, tourism in seoul city.

For the first place,

Korean Traditional Market

I want visit traditional market like namdaemun traditional market is the biggest traditional market in south korea and location in 49 Namchang-dong, Jung-gu, seoul city.  Namdaemun traditional market in south korea usually sell food such as tteokbokki, kimchi, bulgogi, jjajangmyeon, bugeoppang and another traditional Korean food, in tradisional market also sell such as vegetables, fresh fruits, or typical Korean sauce like gochujang (red paper paste). I want to eat all Korean food, especially spicy Korean food. I want to try eat nakji bokkeum, nakji mean octopus. This food consist of octopus and gochujang and taste quite spicy. Nakji bokkeum is a popular dish in south korea. This is very interesting to we try it. and the second market I will visit  myeongdong traditional market, in here you can buy many products such us clothes, shoes, or accessories. Sell quality product and air-brand product. You can also see Korean style clotes in here market.

The second place

Banpo Bridge
Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain is the world’s longest bridge fountain, located in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul city, South Korea. The fountain is programmed to play different shows during the day and night. During the day, the fountain shows a hundred different configurations meant to evoke waving willow branches and willow leaves. When the sun goes down, 200 lights illuminate the fountain as it sends up dancing, rainbow-colored jets of water in the air in synchronization with music.

However, the attraction we can only seen in the month from April to October, because in winter, the water in the river Han turns to ice. The show lasts for 15 minutes every hour. This is interesting and wonderful place ever. I want to look it and will take a picture with banpo bridge.
